What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for all plans. Business customers can also pay by bank wire or purchase order with approved credit terms.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you never lose access mid-cycle.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Business plans. If you're not satisfied, email billing@uptimeguard.io within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund — no questions asked.

What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?

We'll notify you at 80% and 100% of your limit. Your existing monitors keep running — we never silently drop checks. You'll have 7 days to upgrade or remove monitors before we pause the oldest ones.

Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?

Yes. Verified startups (under 2 years old, under $1M in funding) and registered nonprofits get 50% off Pro and Business plans. Email partnerships@uptimeguard.io with your proof of eligibility.

How does the annual billing discount work?

Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Pro annual is $182.40/year (vs. $228), Business annual is $768/year (vs. $948). The discount applies automatically when you select annual billing.
