Telegram Bot Platform
Our Telegram bot runs on dedicated infrastructure with 99.99% uptime of its own. Messages are delivered within 2 seconds of incident detection, with automatic retry for up to 3 attempts. Rate-limited to 30 messages per second per bot instance to ensure reliability at scale.
Slack Webhooks API
We use Slack's verified incoming webhook endpoints with TLS 1.3 encryption. Each webhook URL is scoped to a single channel, following the principle of least privilege. Supports Slack's Block Kit for structured, interactive alert payloads that render consistently across desktop and mobile.
Discord Webhooks & Memberships Intent
Discord integration uses official webhook endpoints with role-resolved @mentions. Our bot holds the Memberships intent to accurately target role-based notifications. Embed payloads are capped at 2,000 characters per Discord's limits, with automatic truncation and link shortening when needed.
Jira REST API v3
Tickets are created via Jira's REST API v3 with OAuth 2.0 authentication. We support custom field mapping, so you can populate your team's specific issue types — from standard Bug tickets to custom Incident schemas. Webhook callbacks keep UptimeGuard and Jira in sync bidirectionally.
Trello API v1.0
Card creation uses Trello's official API with personal access token authentication. Each card is stamped with a unique UptimeGuard reference ID for traceability. Board and list mapping is configurable per monitoring check, so your DNS checks can feed into a different board than your API endpoint checks.
All partner integrations are independently audited annually for security compliance. Webhook endpoints rotate automatically every 90 days.
